Jim Tebbs, Principal, LEED AP
Jim Tebbs is a LEED Accredited Professional with a passion for designing functional and sustainable buildings. After graduating with a BS in Housing Design from Oregon State University, Jim moved to Central Oregon because of his love for the outdoors. Since 1992, Jim has successfully designed hundreds of projects ranging in size between 1,000 to 15,000 square feet in a variety of styles.
Jim’s sophisticated roof systems and balanced shapes and forms have become signatures to his authentic style. He is continually striving to utilize new technologies to create cutting edge designs that reinforce sustainable building practices.
Case Turner, Design Associate
After attending the University of Oregon, Case gained valuable experience in site development and construction while working at a civil engineering firm. Additionally, Case developed practical knowledge of project management and structural systems from owning his own general contracting company.
Case contributes throughout all phases of the design process through drafting, landscape design, 3D modeling and surveying of home sites. He is working to further his knowledge in sustainable design and xeriscaping.
