Jim Tebbs, Principal –

Jim Tebbs is a LEED Accredited Professional with a passion for designing functional and sustainable buildings. After graduating with a BS in Housing Design from Oregon State University, Jim moved to Central Oregon because of his love for the outdoors. Over the last 16 years, Jim has successfully designed hundreds of projects ranging in size between 1,000 to 10,000 square feet.

Jim's sophisticated roof systems and balanced shapes and forms have become signatures to his authentic style. He is continually striving to utilize new technologies to create cutting edge designs that reinforce sustainable building practices.

Elaine Hammitt, Interior Designer –

Elaine Hammitt is an honors graduate from the Art Institute of Portland with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design. With a strong appreciation of design ranging from historic to modern, she is passionate about the combination of form and function. As a LEED Accredited Professional, she believes that sustainable choices can be creatively incorporated no matter your style or budget.

Elaine contributes to the design process with conceptual design, drafting, interior and exterior material selection, electrical plans, reflected ceiling plans and interior elevations. She takes pride in being able to cultivate spaces which meet unique client needs. Elaine strives to create a timeless aesthetic by incorporating sustainable style with finely tuned details.

Case Turner, Design Associate –

After attending the University of Oregon, Case gained valuable experience in site development and construction while working at a civil engineering firm. Owning his own general contracting company provided practical knowledge of project management and structural systems.

Case contributes throughout all phases of the design process through drafting, landscape design, 3D modeling and surveying of home sites. He is working to further his knowledge in sustainable design and xeriscaping.

Michael Levey, Design Associate –

Michel has been a lead designer and contractor of high end projects for over forty years. He specializes in total concept design which includes site, exteriors, interiors, landscapes and detailing. Michael graduated from California Polytechnic Institute with a BS in Landscape Architecture. Much of his career was based in Los Angeles with projects worldwide. Michael is always excited to be a part of sophisticated total concept planning.
